Internet on board

Without Internet on board, this project will become very difficult. After strugling for a week in Brest (Brittany, France) with the IT I've had it completely. Finally the solution came with a piece of tin-foil.
In most harbours there is WiFi (wireless internet connection). But this does not always cover the entire harbour and you may have very poor reception, or none at all. I have tried several gadgets to see whether I could get internet on board.
The Morgan`s crew reunited
Submitted by Anonymous on Sun, 2006/12/10 - 13:19.A month away from home is a long time, and I was ready to join the Morgan again. While Ernie and his sailing mate Pieter were battling the storms trying to sail the yacht south, I had stayed in the Netherlands to tie up loose ends, meet a number of Morganonline partners, organise a number of things and give a few interviews. It had been a hectic time for both of us in our different locations, and we were ready to resume our lives on board and to get our teeth stuck into work.
